Valkyrie Brand Guidelines

This simple styleguide kit is for using the Valkyrie logo in conjunction with our trademark guidelines.

How to Use Valkyrie Logotype

This is our primary logo. Note the vertical lockup.

When the primary logo doesn't fit your composition, use the secondary horizontal lockup.

Clearspace

Our logo should always have space to breathe.

We call the space around our logo the red zone. Please don't put stuff in it.

Color Variations

On light backgrounds, use our dark-color logo.

This also works for colored backgrounds.

On darker colored backgrounds, use our white logo.

Even when they are of darker hues or shades.

How Not to Use Valkyrie Logotype

Please don’t use our wings alone.

Please don’t change the color of our logo.

Please do not use gradients for filling the logo.

Do not use stilized effects on or below our logo.

Valkyrie should never be used without its wings.

Please do not use our logo in grayscale.

Please don't use this or other gradients in the background of our logo.

And remember to refrain from using the EOL Valkyrie logo design.

Trademark Guidelines

Trademarks are valuable corporate assets that play an important role in promoting HW GAMING SOLUTION LTD. (“the Company”) and its products and services with Company’s trademark. However, they may be weakened or lost by improper protection, management, and use.

These Guidelines have been created to help our partners, licensees and other authorised third parties (“you”) how to properly acknowledge and preserve the trademark rights of the Company and its Affiliates, so attempts of other uses to gain reputation by associating their unrelated, unauthorised brand unlicensed products or services that may enhance their greater business prosperity and are used without Company’s consent, may constitute trademark infringement.

Therefore, the Company does not allow to use trademarks for their own commercial interest without prior authorisation. You are only permitted to use Company’s trademark only in accordance with these Guideliness, any other use in strictley prohibited.

For better understanding, a trademark is a word, symbol, or design, including a logo or the shape of goods or of their packaging, that distinguishes the goods of one company from those of another company. In some countries, the Company’s trademark is protected by a trademark registration. A trademark also can be used to show the endorsement or approval of the trademark owner for materials bearing the trademark.

By using or making reference to Company’s trademark you agree to comply with the Guideliness, and you also aknowledge, that the Company is the sole owner of the trademark that is used in your collaboration with the Company. If you have a separate agreement with the Company. That agreement may include different or additional terms relating to the use of Company’s trademark. To the extent these terms differ, the specific guidelines in your agreement will prevail over this Guideliness.

Here is some advice, how to use and how not to use Company’s trademark assets:

Do not use the Company's trademark as part of any of your own trademarks, logos, company names, icons, product or feature names, domain names, or social media. Company's and your trademark must remain separate.

Always use a trademark in the exact form in which is shown and only for the products and/or services listed for that mark, according to form.

Company’s trademark must be used in a text as an adjective, and never as a noun or a verb or in a plural or possessive form.

When using Company’s trademark, you should always use sign ® with registered trademarks.

You should not never modify the Company's trademark in any way, including by changing any colors or dimensions, obstructing or printing over any part of the asset, or adding your own design elements.
